Leading British fan manufacturer, Vent-Axia has upgraded its popular Vent-A-Light shower fan with an energy saving 3 Watt LED lamp. The Lo-Carbon LED Vent-A–Light is a highly energy efficient shower light fan designed to be a positive addition to any shower or bathroom. By incorporating LED technology the Lo-Carbon Vent-A-Light’s lamp uses a significant 90% less power than a standard Dichroic lamp, while boasting a low specific fan power of 0.21W/l/s. Combined these features offer a significant energy saving for cost conscious households.
The aesthetically pleasing Lo-Carbon LED Vent-A–Light combines a rich warm glow of soft light with effective energy efficient ventilation. An attractive shower light designed in a circular diffuser, the LED light kit is available with a white or chrome bezel and will fit smartly and neatly into any shower enclosure or wet area.
A ceiling-mounted product, the IP44-rated unit is powered by a low voltage LED Driver which makes it ideal for installation within the splash area of a shower or bath. Meanwhile, the Lo-Carbon Vent-A-Light’s 100mm standard size makes it suitable for use in both new and replacement applications.
Providing simultaneous fan and light operation the Lo-Carbon Vent-A-Light features a single 100mm axial fan capable of two-speed operation. With a performance of 31l/s the fan comfortably meets the ventilation requirements of most bathrooms and showers.
Simple to install and maintain, the Lo-Carbon Vent-A-Light is the perfect choice for every home. Each Lo-Carbon LED Vent-A-Light Fan and Light Kit includes a fan, 3m of flexible ducting, a white grille, a light transformer and light assembly with white and chrome bezels. This means installers will save time on fitting and should not encounter irritating compatibility issues.
The Lo-Carbon Vent-A-Light is available as both a standard model and also with option for an overrun timer which is adjustable between 5 and 30 minutes. In addition, the fan is double insulated and the motor is fitted with thermal protection and comes with a five-year guarantee.
Manufactured in the UK, the Lo-Carbon Vent-A-Light is Part F and L compliant. Plus, the product is CE marked in accordance with all the relevant EEC Harmonised Directives.
