Concord, part of the Havells-Sylvania Group, supplies LED Lighting to 80 Hammersmith Road. The newly renovated 30,208ft² office building in London features Concord’s Concave Officelyte and LED 100 downlights throughout the open-plan space.
The building has been given a contemporary and stylish make-over and the building services consultant, The Anslow Partnership, wanted to ensure the lighting reflected this new direction. The Concord luminaires were the perfect choice due to both their design-led appearance and class-leading performance. Concave Officelyte is a completely flush recessed luminaire allowing it to fit seamlessly into any room while providing effective light output.
Another key factor when it came to specifying the lighting was the efficiency and performance of the product. Concave Officelyte is extremely energy efficient and incorporates an innovative Micro Cellular foamed polyester sheet, which is 99% reflective and diffuses 96% of the light. The enclosed design reduces the chances of dust entering the product and improves Luminaire Maintenance Factor (LMF). The slot-in wing design also allows for quick and simple installation, maintenance and cleaning.
The Concord LED 100 downlights have been used around the perimeter of each office space to provide decorative feature lighting. With a recess depth of just 100mm, the Concord LED 100 downlights are suitable for ceilings between 1mm and 25mm in thickness. The retaining clips make the LED 100 extremely easy to install and with LORs of up to 74% they are an efficient and well-performing office lighting solution.
