Dextra Lighting Gives Gym-goers a Brighter Workout

Tollcross Technogym based in Glasgow is set to be home to next year’s Commonwealth Games, and has been supplied with a number of light fittings as part of a significant £12,000 refurbishment scheme. The upgrade to facilities forms a scheme from City Building, a programme of improvements encouraged by Glasgow City Council’s management team.
A workout is now achievable in brighter and improved surroundings due to a replacement of existing luminaries following advice and the valued expertise of Dextra Lighting staff. Dextra staff were requested to provide a design scheme for the gym space to replace existing luminaires and put forward products which fulfilled the brief of providing energy saving lighting solutions.
